About the Institution

NPR College of Engineering and Technology (An Autonomous Institution) is one of the premier institutions in South India situated in the Dindigul District, Tamilnadu. The institution was established in 2008 by Titan Educational Trust with an exalted aim of uplifting the rural students to excel in the field of Engineering and Technology. It is approved by AICTE and affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. The institution was accredited by NAAC with A Grade and 3.25 CGPA in 2021. The departments of Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering were accredited by NBA.

The institution encompasses a lush green environment with lawns and gardens in pristine surroundings conducive to learning. The institution offers 9 Under Graduate programmes, 3 Post Graduate programmes, and Ph. D in Electronics and Communication Engineering. The institution has Centres of Excellence in CISCO, IoT/Embedded Systems, Industrial Automation, and Advanced Manufacturing Processes, & industry tie-ups with CISCO, Tessolve Semiconductor Private Limited, and TVS Training and Services. Being the green campus, our college was honored with the IGEN Award and the JAL SAKTHI Award for Clean and Smart Campus by AICTE in 2019. Beyond academics, the institution instills self-discipline among students and motivates them to participate in various club activities, sports, and games, especially cricket. The institution has a turf cricket ground with international standards approved by BCCI where Ranji Trophy, Tamil Nadu Premiere League (TNPL), and many first-class matches are conducted.
