The Teaching & Learning centre (TLC) at NPR College of Engineering and Technology is dedicated to fostering academic excellence by promoting continuous faculty development across all departments. Short-term Goals

  • Conduct regular workshops and training sessions to support faculty development and pedagogical innovation.
  • Develop and maintain a digital repository of teaching and learning resources for easy access and reference.
  • Launch student support initiatives such as peer learning groups, study circles, and mentoring programs to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Initiate a pilot implementation of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) frameworks in select departments.

Long-term Goals

  • Fully integrate Outcome-Based Education (OBE) principles across all academic programs and departments.
  • Establish the TLC as a recognized Centre of Excellence for pedagogical advancement and academic innovation.
  • Create a comprehensive framework for teaching feedback, performance evaluation, and continuous instructional improvement.
  • Strengthen collaboration between industry, academia, and students to promote real- world, experiential learning opportunities.
