The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is a cell within an organization that is mandated to address and resolve complaints related to sexual harassment at the workplace. It is a statutory requirement under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 in India and as per section 4, AICTE, Regulation 2016 vide.no:F/AICTE/WH/2016/01 dated 10 th June 2016.
